CEU Applications

Chapters are encouraged to submit CEU applications for all educational meetings that are at a minimum of 45 minutes in length and that might enhance the knowledge of the CCN Pro in the areas of plant material and related products, controls, pests and diseases, etc. A few good guidelines are:

  • Extension Service and County Ag. Commissioner speakers are excellent opportunities for CEU approved events.
  • Tours of a botanical garden or a behind the scenes tour of an unusual or large garden are also excellent opportunities.
  • A speaker on horticulture from a local college or university.
  • A CANGC supplier or grower member reporting on new varieties or on products are topics that enhance the knowledge of the CCN Pro.
